Complaints Handling Procedure - Dispute Resolution

We are fully committed to providing our customers the best possible service and hope you are satisfied with the level of service we provide. If you have a complaint however you can contact us either;

We hope to resolve any complaints within 3 working days. If we need more time to resolve your complaint, we will investigate further then write to you with our 'Final Response'. This will be sent to you within 8 weeks from receipt of your complaint. We will also send you a leaflet explaining that if you are not happy with our Final Response you can request an independent review from the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within 6 months from the date of receiving our Final Response. You can contact them;
